I had an arg, called Degenerative Exploration (I know, very original) that I thought was pretty cool. Ultimately, it was cancelled due to school and the fact that I had literally no motivation to work on it whatsoever.
Hey, peep the song. This comes up a lot in this arg. No reason other than it sounded cool, so I wanted to have it be there.
I'll include some links here to pages on the website that I thought were somewhat decent/cool, or things in general that I'm proud of. I'll also provide a general overview of what the page was.
First, lets start with fingers. This was the result of deciphering an admittedly stolen riddle that I got from Reddit. The titles of the pages have some of the lines from the riddle, and I'll link the video here if I can find it ever again. The text above the tree is a ceaser shift, which translates to a line about the suicide trees in Dante's Inferno. There's an invisible button under the tree that leads to Yet, where you wait for about a minute to get transferred over to Trees. Scroll down in the third row of trees and click on the tree that you can actually click on, which takes you to Wearefavoredwhenright. The audio that plays is SAM saying "Play the piano." in several different tones. Clicking on the piano leads you to Symphony, which plays one of Beethoven's many symphonies. Wait for the entire thing to finish and you are sent to Movement, where you have to decipher some bullshit that in all honesty doesnt matter. Figure it out if you want to, it leads to some library of babel thing. I forget what else it does.
Next, there's Observation.doc. This is one of the first things I did for this thing, and it's not that good. There's hints scattered around that will progress you through the ARG, being through bolded words or clickable letters. For example, the capital L leads you to the "login" page. I'll let you find the rest. Be warned, this website is best experienced on pc. There's audio that tells you one of the words, and it doesn't work on mobile. I tried.
Third, we have Terminal. This leads to a Terminal page with the song "Take Care" from the ULTRAKILL soundtrack playing. The thing you type in the text box is supposed to lead you somewhere, but that's not what we're here for. BE WARNED! This next thing is spoilers for ULTRAKILL LORE that you should absolutely see yourself! So unless you really don't give a fuck about that, or already know ULTRAKILL's lore, DO NOT DO THE NEXT STEP! THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING! Press Control+A on your keyboard to highlight the entire page, and press "PREVIOUS INPUT." This will take you to a recreation of Terminal Data 02 from P-2's end elevator. Feel free to read all of it, or just skip this part and move onto the next sentence, because reading all of this very excruciatingly long sentence is going to waste all of your precious time. Anyway, if you highlight the whole page once more, you'll see a "MORE >" text thats clickable. Click it, and you'll be transported to a Something Wicked photo where Something Wicked is replaced with a dumb fucking trollface. It also plays the Something Wicked noise in the background because I felt really bored. It'll teleport you back after it's done, don't get annoyed at me. Moving on, the "[ERROR: sAmsGS3JTIU]" links to the start of part 2 of P-2's ARG. There's a really cool google doc that goes over all of it, called the Hitchhiker's Guide To P-2 ARG The whole thing is very cool, I suggest you check it out if you want something better than this. Now, look at the gray text up at the very top. Hover over "last draft" and click on it. You'll be lead to a recreation of Terminal Data 01 from P-1's end elevator. You'll have noticed that the music starts a bit differently, and if you read the text, you'll know why. There arent any other links here, except for the second "[LINK REMOVED]" down at the bottom. It leads you back to Terminal Data 02. Don't leave the page yet, however, unless you've already heard the thing while reading. In that case good for you. In any case, stay on the page until you discover the final secret the Terminals have to offer.
Last, we have Secret. Wait here for 30 seconds, and you'll be transported to the "LIVE REACTION." I love this guy so much, he's such a goofy fella. Anyway, go ahead and scroll around and try to click on some of these gifs. Be aware, they're all ULTRAKILL related. There's not much else here to say, other than that I made this while incredibly sleep deprived with absolutely no thought at all, and also it was made very early on in the ARG. In fact, it was probably the 4th thing I made.
